| Fred Leach, a founding member of Ohio Watercolor Society was born in Youngstown, Ohio. He attended classes both at the Butler Institute of American Art and the Cleveland Institute of Art.
Leach was considered a Master Designer and had a long career with American Greetings in Cleveland.
